Where is Merdot based, and is remote work an option?
We're headquartered in Ahmedabad, India. Engineering and research roles are remote-first with the option to work from our office. Operational and analyst roles are based in Ahmedabad.
What's the interview process like?
A short screen, a technical or work-sample round relevant to the role, and a conversation with the team you'd join. No take-home assignment designed to take a weekend, we respect your time.
Do you sponsor visas or relocation?
